Solutions to suit all Scenarios

Plinth Heating

Where wall space is at a premium, plinth heating can prove to be a very effective way of providing heat by utilising a space that otherwise is unused and generally out of site.

Fitting ThermaSkirt to the plinths of the units creates a warm and comfortable environment without spreading dust or creating any uncomfortable hot spots.

Adaptors are available to enable the ThermaSkirt to bypass any obstructions (such as dishwashers and fridges) and dummy décor panels will allow such appliances to be removed without having to interfere with the heating system.

As kitchen units are made from wood which are designed to house ovens and microwaves without a problem, the moderately gentle heat emitted by ThermaSkirt will not cause damage to the units or the contents themselves.

Why not let ThermaSkirt provide you with a radical alternative to noisy and cumbersome fan assisted plinth heaters? Buy Now...

Threshold Heating

With architects and home owners now specifying large bi-folding doors to bring light and a sense of space into their property, the challenge of how to heat these newly created area’s is often only considered at a later stage.

Adding bi-folding doors effectively eliminates one wall, therefore the remaining wall space becomes more important and a wall mounted radiator will only make the problem worse.

The Deco PR profile was designed to be fitted on or even in the floor to act as a ‘threshold’ heater right across the width of the doors, often colour co-ordinating with the door frames themselves.

By providing heat right where the room needs it most, the Deco threshold heating solution is the ideal way to create a warm and inviting room from your newly formed space. Buy Now...

Curved Skirting

ThermaSkirt can be fabricated to suit curved walls such as bay windows or those found in architecturally challenging applications such as water towers, windmills and Turrets.

To do so we simply request a template of the wall (ask for a section to be sent out) and the skirting length is shaped to suit.

The Urban LT, Deco BM, Classic TS and Regency OG are all suitable for curved sections. Deco PR may not be curved.

You can find examples of instances where curved skirting has been used in the past here...

Under Doorways

If your floor boards are accessible the easiest way to bypass any obstruction is to take the pipes under the floor and up the opposite side using one of our threshold kits.

The threshold kit comes with all the fittings necessary to connect onto two pipes (not provided) and the cover plates required to hide any exposed fittings, leaving you with a seamless finish and a simple solution to passing openings such as doorways.

This prevents you from having to introduce a new set of feed and return pipes every time the run approaches an obstruction.

Up and Over Doors

In situations where solid floor slabs prevent access to your floors the Architrave Kit can be used to take the pipework up and over the door opening.

The pipes run up the wall by the side of the door and are encased within the frame we provide. These frames are available in a variety of colours to match the colour of your skirting.

All the necessary covers and fittings are provided within the kit as well as purge vents to release air from the system.
